1. What is Muvit?

Muvit is website that connects carriers and removal men with demand for their services. User can create non-binding orders with specifications including description of goods to be transported, departure time, final destination and more. Following that, user receives price offers from carriers who are interested in particular order and can make choices according own criterias such as price or driver's ratings.

2. Is my order obligatory?

No, it is not. Your order becomes obligatory at the moment when you accept an offer from carrier. After that, your transport sticks to General Terms & Conditions of Sales.

3. How do payments work?

At the moment, selecting payment method is up to driver and his customer. Details of payment can be discussed via internal chat which becomes immediately accessible for both parties as soon as one of offers is accepted. Muvit plans to integrate its own online payment system in the near future.

4. Are my goods to be transported issued?

Users' goods to be transported should be issued by your carrier. In most of cases, price offers include insurance of goods. However, to be sure, we highly recommend users to ask their carriers directly. Still, every transport provided by Muvit sticks to General Terms & Conditions of Sales. This guarantees your goods to be issued.

5. What if carrier damaged my goods?

As previously written, customers are issued by General Terms & Conditions of Sales. Also, we are highly willing to fix inconveniences such as this. If this occurs to you, don't hesitate to contact us.

6. How can I cancel my order?

Go to ctual orders and open details of your wished order to be canceled. You click on button stating “cancel this order” upon which the action will be canceled. We will let given driver know. Please, keep in mind that if you cancel your order less than 24 hours before its realization, given driver, as well as Muvit have rights for certain % of your order. 7. Can I edit confirmed order?

Practically, you can edit your order as many times as you want until it is confirmed. Once it is confirmed, it is only possible to make edits directly with your driver via available chat. Please, take in account that if you decide to edit your order, final price may be higher!

8. What to do if my carrier is late?

In case of any complications regarding your order, we are here to help. You can reach us by writing or calling us here. In any case, if driver doesn't show up, we will be looking for solution promptly and provide you another carrier.
